TANMING BERHAD’s first flagship project known as Taman Taming Jaya in Balakong launched in 1986 was developed by the company when the area was surrounded by rubber estate and no other developer was prepared to venture into that part of the Klang Valley. It is a mixed township development which comprising of 2,855 residential, commercial and industrial units and the entire scheme was completed in 1998.

A substantial contribution of TANMING BERHAD’s profitability is attributed to the quality and safety of its products and the developer’s ability to anticipate the direction of the property market.
